Senior DevOps Engineer SIEM

Main responsibilities

Implementation and management of Wazuh as the central SIEM solution.
Integration and management of vulnerability management tools like OpenVAS and Qualys.
Utilizing Opensearch for the analysis and visualization of security events.
Ensuring compliance with security requirements according to NIS2 and Kritis.
Developing, implementing, and managing security policies and procedures.
Conducting regular security analyses and assessments.
Monitoring and analyzing security events and incident response.
Creating reports and dashboards to monitor security metrics.
Training and supporting the team regarding security technologies and best practices.

Required skills:

At least 3 years of experience working with Wazuh.
At least 2 years of experience conducting security assessments and vulnerability scans using OpenVAS and Qualys.
At least 2 years of experience using Opensearch for the analysis and creation of security reports.
Knowledge of the security requirements of NIS2 and KRITIS as well as practical experience in their implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in creating and implementing security policies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional certifications in the field of IT security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.

Project description

Our customer is a leading German producer of customized solutions for the self-supply of solar-powered electricity. This includes photovoltaic, energy storage systems as well as cloud technology systems helping individuals to become energetically independent.

Please note that this position involves occasional on-call duty to resolve potential customer-critical incidents.

Hourly salary

150 – 200 PLN
