Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Fully remote from Poland or from one of our offices (Wrocław | Warszawa | Kraków | Szczecin | Łódź | Gdańsk | Białystok)

Main responsibilities

Respond to take ownership of & resolve incidents, by following established processes and documented work steps.
Escalate to appropriate experts and supporting teams.
Plan, present and execute changes.
Create technical documents, and document processes, user/how to guides.
Uses relevant information for timely diagnosis and enable workarounds and solutions to keep the service running at the agreed service levels.
Meet or exceed customer expectations / service level agreements.
Create and manage vendor support cases (i.e. Citrix).
Independently performing predefined and described SSRs.
Be part of the on-call duty operation.

Requirements:

Expertise in Cloud Orchestration and Automation
Broad knowledge of most important programming languages and automation as Code
Broad knowledge in common Linux distribution and Windows Server versions 2016/2019/2022.
Knowledge of Network, Switching, VPN and Firewall configuration in Azure
Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation.

Additional requirements

8+ yrs (5-7 yrs in DevOps)
Fluent English
German is an advantage
