Senior DevOps Engineer with Azure

Main responsibilities

Automate and standardize all Azure subscriptions considering KRITIS and NIS2 requirements.
Implement and continuously monitor and optimize compliance and security policies.
Provision, operate, and maintain Azure subscriptions and Kubernetes platforms.
Connect all subscriptions and systems with other hybrid cloud environments.
Automate the infrastructure of the Azure cloud environment to increase efficiency.
Secure the Azure cloud environment in accordance with NIS2, GDPR, and information security policies.
Provide Azure cloud services including backup and disaster recovery for mission-critical data.
Manage Azure subscriptions and rights, and offer self-service solutions following strict processes.

Required skills

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Terraform: Proficient in usage and implementation with at least 3 years of experience.
Kubernetes: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters.
Azure Subscriptions: Extensive practical experience in managing and optimizing Azure subscriptions.
Log Collection: Experience in implementing and managing log collection systems.
Databases and Storage: Practical experience with PostgreSQL databases and storage solutions under Azure.
Network: In-depth knowledge of network administration and security within Azure.

Project description

Our customer is a leading German producer of customized solutions for the self-supply of solar-powered electricity. This includes photovoltaic, energy storage systems as well as cloud technology systems helping individuals to become energetically independent.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and security practices, along with a proven track record of managing complex environments. This role requires hands-on experience with a variety of tools and technologies, including Terraform, Azure services, and container orchestration.

Please note that this position involves occasional on-call duty to resolve potential customer-critical incidents.

Hourly salary

150 – 200 PLN
